For most of my teens and twenties, I had a brutal relationship with food and my body. I tried every diet, every program, every quick fix, and I could never make any of it stick. I was exhausted, frustrated, and convinced something was wrong with me.

It wasn't until I stopped chasing quick fixes and started focusing on the fundamentals—strength training, balanced nutrition, and sustainable habits—that everything changed. I learned how to work with my body instead of constantly fighting against it. And once I experienced the freedom that came from that approach, I knew I wanted to help other women do the same.

Today, I'm a mom, fitness and nutrition coach, and founder of MBody Movement. My mission is simple: help women build strength, create lasting habits, and finally stop starting over for good.

I've been that woman who's tired of starting over.
