I spent most of my teens and early 20s with a very unhealthy relationship with food and exercise. All I wanted was to look lean and more toned and I tried just about every program and fad diet out there in an attempt to reach my goal. But it didn’t matter how hard I pushed myself in the gym or how strict I got with my nutrition, I could never achieve the results I wanted. 

It wasn’t until I discovered this new approach to my nutrition that I had never tried before: tracking macros.

Eating to fuel my body changed the game for me. I realized that the results I was looking for required a lot less rules and restrictions and a lot more of doing simple habits over and over again in a way that aligned with my lifestyle and preferences.

Once I got a better understanding of how to fuel my body for results, I started making small tweaks with my training to complement my nutrition and I finally started to see the changes I was looking for.



Now, ⁣I have more energy, confidence, and feel better than I ever have before.⁣ I no longer fear food or let it consume me. I workout out of pure joy because I love to push myself and see what I’m capable of.

I’ve learned how to become more self disciplined and follow through on the promises I make to myself each day.⁣ ⁣ And I’ve finally found what balance means to me. ⁣

It’s amazing how much investing in building a better relationship with yourself on the inside reflects what you see on the outside. ⁣I stopped fighting my body and learned how to work with it. ⁣Now I’m here to teach you how to do the same.
