I've Tried So Many Diets In The Past. How Do I Know this Will Work For Me?

First, I like to point out that there are two definitions of the word diet. The one we're likely most familiar with is a form of calorie restriction; the second simply refers to a habitual way of eating.

The key to sustainability and success is to create a diet that is individual to YOU and aligns with your lifestyle and preferences - NOT trying to adapt someone else's plan to your life (like most fad diets require).

I'm confident you will be successful in Macros & Mindset because there are no hard rules when it comes to food. Yes, there are foods we should prioritize as the bulk of our diet if we want to feel our best, but I teach you how to incorporate flexibility so no foods are off-limits. Everything we do is through the lens of sustainability.

This is not just another diet. It's your last diet ever. You're going to learn what works best for you - what you enjoy and what you can stick to long term.

I'm Nervous To Join A Group Coaching Program. Will this Be Enough Accountability For Me?

This program isn't just giving you a set of macros and telling you what to do. I will TEACH you how to become your own macro coach - so you won't need to rely on coaching for the rest of your life in order to see results.

As your coach, I will give you your initial individual nutrition targets so that you feel confident about getting started. From there, I will teach YOU how to adjust depending on your goals, how to pivot and refocus as roadblocks occur and answer all of the other questions you have along the way to ensure you know not just what to do, but why and how we do it.

When we come together for our weekly Q&A calls, you'll have the opportunity to ask me anything. You'll also benefit from the coaching on the calls with other members. Sometimes, we don't even realize we have questions (because we don't know what we don't know, right?!), and that's one of the amazing benefits of group coaching! We all learn together!

This program is so much more than just a macro course. I will absolutely teach you how to become a master macro tracker but we go way beyond that throughout our 9 weeks together. There's a huge emphasis on habit and behavior change, positive mindset shifts, exercise protocols, stress management practices, and so much more.

When Does The Program Start?

Doors open to the waitlist for a one day presale on February 17th at 5am. Any remaining spots will open the following day on February 18th, at 9am CST. We officially kick off on March 3rd. The program is 9 weeks long and will run from March 3rd, 2025 - May 2nd, 2025.

Phase two is where we drop our calories and enter into the diet phase. You'll learn everything you need to know to successfully complete a fat loss phase and be fully supported every step of the way!

Phase one is all about nailing the basics. You'll receive your individual nutrition targets and for the first three weeks, we are focusing on solidifying our processes with simple habits and behaviors to look and feel our best (think meal planning, workouts, learning how to hit your daily protein and fiber goal with ease, weekend consistency, and more!).
